  • If you decide to move forward after the initial telephone conversation and in-person meeting, we will each sign the Engagement Agreement and then set a date for the initial consultation. This first meeting, focused on collecting information to execute previously identified priorities, usually lasts a few hours. Typically, we begin with optimizing your online login security and organization. The frequency and location of the work is very individualized. For some clients most of the work will be done remotely from our office, while for others regular in-home service is required. For example, some clients need in-home mail sorting and bill pay, while others require services that can be accessed completely remotely online. Every client’s needs, access and comfort level is different, and the process will be customized to suit you.
