Getting to Know You
Introductory phone call where a high-level discussion of needs and our ability to support them is established (free of charge).
In-person (preferred) or virtual meeting where you detail specific needs, goals and priorities. We will begin to map out an action plan based on that feedback. Following this meeting, you should be able to determine whether or not to pursue our services (free of charge).

Starting Together
If we decide to move forward, you will receive our Engagement Agreement, Privacy Notice, and Authorization and Consent Agreement. Upon signature, we will reach out to schedule our first working session.
Our first working session often consists of finalizing the action plan based on your priorities and information gathering to begin support.

Ongoing Support
Ongoing work consists of working on-site in your home or office as needed and working remotely. We are here to support you as little or as much as you need.
